By installing and using Axora Expense Tracker, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Axora Expense Tracker is built with a privacy-first architecture. Unlike traditional financial apps, we do not require user account registration, cloud sign-in, or social logins to track expenses.

• No Financial Account Credentials: We never request or store your bank passwords, net banking PINs, or UPI security keys.
• No Cloud Account Profiling: We do not create user profiles on external remote servers.
• No Advertising Identification Tracking: We do not use advertising IDs or cross-app tracking SDKs.

3. Information Stored Locally On Your Device

All data you enter or import into Axora Expense Tracker is saved locally in an encrypted/sandboxed Isar database on your device's internal storage:

• Transactions & Categories: Amounts, dates, category tags, payment methods, and notes.
• Budgets & Limits: Monthly spending targets and alerts.
• Optional Receipt Attachments: Images of receipts chosen manually from your gallery.
• On-Device AI Predictions: Micro-financial model parameters generated locally to estimate future spending.

4. Android Device Permissions Explained

Axora Expense Tracker requests only minimal Android permissions required for its core user features:

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Requested strictly when you choose to attach a receipt photo to a transaction record.
• CAMERA (Optional): Requested only if you take a photo of a receipt directly within the app.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used solely to display local budget threshold alerts (e.g., reaching 80% or 100% of a monthly budget limit).

5. Third-Party Libraries & Engine Security

The Application utilizes standard high-performance Flutter and native Android runtime libraries (such as Google Fonts, Riverpod, Isar database, and TensorFlow Lite runtime). These core libraries run locally on your device runtime environment and do not transmit user financial records to third parties.

6. Data Control & Complete Deletion Rights

You maintain full control over your financial records at all times:

• Individual Record Deletion: You can edit or permanently delete any transaction, category, or budget within the app interface.
• Complete App Wipe: You can erase all application data at any time by navigating to Android Settings > Apps > Axora Expense Tracker > Storage > Clear Data.
• App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the application automatically deletes the local database and all saved records from your phone.

7. Children's Privacy

Axora Expense Tracker does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. The app is a general-utility personal budgeting application intended for general users.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features or Google Play policy requirements. Any changes will be published on this webpage with an updated effective date.
